You have been stocking Patersonrose bedding now for over 20 years ❤️. We love that you have been part of our journey & supported our small NZ bedding company as well as the big international brands. Thank you Allium.

This year has been full of shifts in home styling – what colours and patterns are proving to be the most popular in homes & bedding right now? Are you finding customers are playing it safe with neutrals, or are they starting to embrace bolder designs in their bedrooms?  Always the clients that like to play it safe, but we have lots of lovely clients who have always embraced colour like we do. Find though that more and more are going maximalism rather than minimalism So happy that its back! So much available now to mix and match with in bedlinen.

Do stripes, florals, and solids each have their own loyal following – or is there one clear winner among your shoppers? Probably florals, but stripes and checks a very close second.

If we asked you to pick the most ‘Instagrammable’ Patersonrose bedding set, which one would it be and why? The new Eclipse, mixed with Luna stripe will be an easy to photograph and add so much too.. caters for both kids and adults. Already the winner in sales in just a few days of being available!

If your bedding collections each had a personality, which Patersonrose design would be the life of the party, and which would be the calm, reliable friend? Ruby mixed with Issy would be the life of the party and our little favourite, Grace, would be the calm reliable one.

We have to buy our best friend a birthday gift from Allium. What do you recommend that’s in store now? Ohh has to be the new Saint Cobes parfum in a sold little flip case. Can be refilled and scents are so good for both female and male friends.

Past favourite Patersonrose bedding design? Feel like it was called Olivia? So cute with the ric rac detail

And …. You have to tell us – what is your current fav? Think we would have to go with Eclipse. Looks fabulous on our bed instore

What’s your go-to bedding colour at home – classic white, bold print, or something unexpected? Emerald green duvet with a mixture of pattern pillowcases… love to mix it up
Be honest – how many sets of bedding do you actually own at home? Eeek… maybe 8 but some are 25 years old that I can’t get rid of!
Night owl or early bird? Definitely night owl.. you can text me really late and I’ll still be awake!
Duvet or quilt? Duvet. So many more exciting options
Favourite tipple atm? Margaritas all the way.. so tasty!  A bit spicy with a chilli salt rim
Best holiday destination you have ever been to? Mediterranean – Greece and Turkey. I could go back tomorrow…
Togs or bikini? Togs and a sarong
Do you love coriander? Absolutely… put it in so many meals
If you could wake up anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would it be? In a beautiful Riad in Marrakech… served a beautiful breakfast, before a day of touring the city
Coffee or tea to start the day? Tea, quickly followed by a coconut flat white
Best birthday gift you would like to receive? A trip to Morrocco to wake up in the Riad in Marrakech. Dreams are free!
